DELIVERY & CANCELATION POLICY

The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.

Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.

Same Day delivery: Currently we do not offer same day delivery.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If No One is Home:  In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.

Recipient May be Contacted: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call (240)615-7210.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales concluded at Prima Flowers are final.

 We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to primaflowersmiami@gmail.com.

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Prima Flowers.

Will always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers WITHOUT sacrificing the look and/or value of the piece.
